Purchasing your vehicle from a dealer outside Hisar does not automatically change your registration jurisdiction.
If you live in Hisar, your vehicle will still be registered as HR-20.
DELIVERY CHECK
At the time of Hyundai Creta EV delivery, make sure to collect invoice (Xerox), insurance policy, Form 21(Sale Certificate), Form 22 (Road Worthiness Certificate), a copy of Form 20 and temporary registration Certificate. It is advisable to keep 2-3 copies of these documents especially for registration, insurance and finance related requirements.

If you want to use your car, bike, or tractor for commercial work such as taxi or transport services, you must get a Commercial Registration with a Yellow Number Plate from the RTA.
