Before purchasing a vehicle, inquire about everything related to vehicle from the seller. GadiyaHub.com will not be liable regarding this matter.
Used vehicle that listed on GadiyaHub.com for sale may be purchased by individuals for own use only. These vehicle may not be purchased by dealers , middleman or any other business entity and such as would be equal to violation of terms and conditions of GadiyaHub.com.
It is not permitted to question against an used vehicle listed on GadiyaHub.com for any other purpose then contacting the seller with the purpose of buying the vehicle for own use by people.

Listing your Vehicle

GadiyaHub.com offers private sellers to sell their vehicle.
ellers are recommended to provide certain identified and contact information to list a vehicle for sale on GadiyaHub.com. This information must be correct so that buyer can directly contact with the seller.
You are at least 18 years of age by using our website to sell your vehicle that you are not a motor vehicle dealer .
While posting any information regarding listing and photos of your vehicle,you alone are responsible for the material you post. We care deeply about making sure that the information you supply is correct in all respects. You treat other GadiyaHub.com users fairly and truthfully.

Content Requirement & Responsibility of Advertisements

The advertisements done by the users are only for the sale of passengers vehicle. Any other advertisements are not allowed and will be removed.
GadiyaHub.com is not responsible for any damage arising from placement of false information , so users are submit the full information about the vehicle.
GadiyaHub.com does not have any influence on these photos which include in their advertising and will in no way be responsible for their content.
The wordings used in advertisements should be according to the laws and rules of India.
The user will take full responsibility for the contents of the advertisements.

The user releases GadiyaHub.com from all third party claims against GadiyaHub.com in such facts or conditions that the user’s advertisement breaks the rights of this third party , or by any other use of the website .

GadiyaHub.com has a right to delete the advertisements of those vehicles which are no longer be for sale.

Vehicles may be searched by search function offered by the GadiyaHub.com . Users may not interfere with the website’s private or unique contents and coding, any such attempts will be performed forceful action .

Warranty

Under circumstances of beyond one’s control such as failure in communications technologies, legal actions, natural disasters and other such events , GadiyaHub.com will be released of its responsibilities to perform . No claim can be made to GadiyaHub.com under such facts or conditions .
